Tasty, crunchy, and more digestible than a normal pizza, because of its softer dough. The new mix "Pala e Pinsa" is perfect to get a product that has a crunchy crust and it's soft inside, very tasty and digestible. Indicated for medium/long leavening time and high hydration.
