La Domenica - Cavatelli Artisan Pasta 500gr. Small shell pasta shape with curved edges that resembles a hot dog bun. It is a very similar shape to conchiglie, but is slightly longer. This shape does well holding chunky sauces as its opening keeps sauces in place. It also pairs nicely with meat, cream, seafood or vegetable sauces.
